Making a Difference, One Step at a Time

Sometimes, it’s the kind words of others that remind you why you started.

Recently, I received a lovely Trustpilot review from Keeley at King George’s Playing Fields, where I deliver my Menofit menopause workshops and monthly wellbeing walks.

Her words genuinely meant so much to me.

When I started Thrivewell Coaching, I wanted to create something that went beyond exercise and fitness.

I wanted to help people feel supported, listened to, more confident and empowered to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.

Because wellbeing is about so much more than physical fitness.

It’s about connection, confidence, understanding our bodies and having somewhere we feel welcome.

Through my Menofit workshops, I have the privilege of supporting women as they navigate perimenopause and menopause, helping them better understand the changes they’re experiencing and discover practical ways to support their wellbeing.

And through my monthly wellbeing walks, I’ve seen how something as simple as getting outdoors, moving our bodies and having a chat can make such a positive difference.

For some, it’s about becoming more active. For others, it’s about meeting new people, building confidence or simply taking a little time for themselves.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing.

Small steps really can make a big difference.

Receiving Keeley’s review reminded me how grateful I am to be part of such a supportive local community.

A huge thank you to Keeley and the team at King George’s Playing Fields for their continued encouragement and support.

And to everyone who has attended a workshop, joined a walk or trusted me to support their health and wellbeing — thank you.

It’s a privilege to be part of your journey.

Here’s to continuing to learn, move, connect and thrive together. 💚
