Meet Sarah

Founder of Thrivewell Coaching

Hi, I’m Sarah, founder of Thrivewell Coaching. I’m 55, a wife, a mum to an 19-year-old, and someone who’s navigated her own journey with health, energy, and self-care - especially through the changes of menopause.

I am an NHS health and wellbeing coach working in local area. After years in the world of exercise, health, and wellbeing, my own midlife shift taught me just how personal and powerful this work truly is. Thrivewell is about meeting you exactly where you are and helping you feel stronger, more energised, and more like yourself again.

I support clients who want to move more, feel better, and rebuild habits in a way that’s sustainable, flexible, and encouraging, never pressured. I volunteer at Queens Hospital, menopause support group and am a regular volunteer at Brentwood Parkrun.

If you’re looking for grounded, supportive coaching that fits your life, you’re in the right place.
