Why I Created Thrivewell Coaching: Helping Women Feel Stronger, Healthier and More Like Themselves

Starting Thrivewell Coaching has been a dream built from passion, purpose, and a genuine desire to help women feel good in themselves again.
For so many women, life becomes about looking after everyone else first. Between work, family, responsibilities, and the endless mental load, it’s easy for your own health and wellbeing to slip further and further down the list. Over time, this can leave you feeling tired, disconnected, unmotivated, and unsure where to even begin.

I created Thrivewell Coaching because I truly believe women deserve support that feels realistic, compassionate, and empowering.
My passion is helping women build healthier lifestyles in a way that fits into real life—not through perfection, pressure, or all-or-nothing thinking, but through simple, sustainable changes that create lasting results.
Whether you are navigating menopause, struggling with motivation to exercise, feeling low in confidence, or simply wanting to feel stronger and healthier, my aim is to help you reconnect with yourself and your wellbeing.
Why this matters so much to me
I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the busy seasons of life.
So many women I speak to feel frustrated that what used to work no longer feels right, especially during midlife and menopause. Energy changes, confidence dips, routines shift, and suddenly your body can feel unfamiliar.
This is exactly why support matters.
Health and wellbeing should never feel like punishment. It should feel like self-care, self-respect, and support.
Through Thrivewell Coaching, I help women focus on the small steps that matter:
• moving their body in ways that feel good
• improving energy through healthier habits
• building confidence
• creating routines that feel achievable
• finding support through menopause and lifestyle change
• letting go of guilt and perfection
Because small, consistent changes truly can transform how you feel.
More than coaching
Thrivewell Coaching is about creating a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, encouraged, and inspired.
Alongside 1:1 coaching and wellbeing support, I’m also passionate about building community through spaces like the Thrive Through Change Menopause Café, local wellbeing events, and confidence-building activities like golf lessons and social meet ups. I want women to have opportunities to connect, share experiences, and realise they are not alone.
Sometimes wellbeing is not only about healthy habits—it’s also about friendship, laughter, fresh experiences, and being part of a community that lifts you up.
Whether it’s sharing honest conversations over coffee, trying something new, or simply meeting other women who truly understand, these spaces can be incredibly powerful.
My aim is to help women feel stronger not only in themselves, but also through the encouragement of others around them.
My message to you
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your health, please know that it is never too late to begin again.
You do not need to do everything at once.
Small steps count. Gentle progress counts. Looking after yourself counts.
And most importantly, you deserve support too.
