Fitness Pilates Progression Course - Intermediate

This 6-week small-group course is designed for those who have completed a beginners programme or already feel confident with the fundamentals of Fitness Pilates. We’ll build on core techniques with more challenging exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and overall fitness.
With a maximum of 4 participants, you’ll continue to receive individual support and guidance while progressing at a pace that suits you.
